**Return and Refund Policies:**

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. All returns are at the customer's expense, except for defective products or shipping errors. The customer is responsible for packaging and arranging the return shipment. Products must be returned in their original condition.

**Refund Conditions:**

- Partial product cost refund: In cases such as purchasing the wrong size or a change of mind by the customer.
- Total refund of product cost + shipping: In the case of logistics errors, such as receiving a different size than ordered, and in the case of a defective product. Kindly inform us of any errors or defects at info@modaintsrl.com, specifying the order number and attaching photos.
- No refund: If the returned product shows signs of customer use (e.g., worn soles), we cannot authorize a refund. All products must be returned in the condition they were received. We also cannot authorize a refund if the return shipment is made after the 14 days specified in the return policies, which we will not accept and will be returned to the sender.
